Site Studios offers community planning and design services for residential and mixed-use housing projects. Our team is focused on sustainability in all aspects of our design to include orientation and passive solar, the protection of environmental features, access to public transportation when available, and public utilities. We strive to plan and create walkable communities that offer amenities for residents that promote healthy lifestyles. Our approach is also focused on adding value to the owner through efficient design and the careful selection of stormwater practices thast align with site opportunities and constraints.
